Tahini Hummus

I am sitting here enjoying hummus and vegetables with my kids. The realization came to me that I only have this delicious hummus recipe scribbled on a random sticky note, not in any sort of lasting form. The following is our current family favorite recipe of hummus, given to us by a friend.

Ingredients:

1 can Garbanzo beans, drained
1 1/2 Tbsp. Tahini
1 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3-5 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4-1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Cumin
2 shakes Cayenne Pepper (I usually leave this out if the kids are eating it)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender until Garbanzo beans are very finely chopped and ingredients are mixed. Do not over blend.
